Otashe Golden, MD
Chief Executive Officer, Managing Physician

Dr. Otashe Golden is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Managing Physician. She is Board Certified in Family Medicine, with additional certification in Hospice and Palliative Care. Dr. Golden is licensed to practice medicine in California, Delaware, Maryland, Texas and Virginia.

Dr. Golden has extensive experience in the management and operation of medical groups, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities and government agencies to improve quality of care, transitions of care and develop collaborative care programs.

Dr. Golden obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Davis and her medical degree from Albany Medical College in Albany, New York.   She is a graduate of the University of California Davis Sutter Health Family Medicine Residency Program in Sacramento, California.

Dr. Golden has practiced in Northern California for the last 20 years and is passionate about quality care for patients and addressing health disparities in healthcare. When not practicing medicine, she enjoys providing community service volunteering with many not-for-profit community service organizations. She is a highly sought-after speaker on healthcare quality, utilization management, COVID-19 management for facilities and businesses, as well as healthcare disparities.

Janet C. Webb, DHA
Vice President, Business Development

Dr. Janet Webb is the Vice President of Business Development. She has spent most of her career working in health benefits, managing teams, and training. She has extensive experience in business development, particularly working with startup products and services, and providing consulting services to large employer groups.

Dr. Webb obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Berkeley; a Masters of Science degree in Health Administration from the University of LaVerne, and a Doctorate in Health Administration from the University of Phoenix.

Dr. Webb is a highly motivated and experienced professional, with extensive knowledge of the health benefits field, sales and account management experience, customer service, benefits consulting and working with insurance carriers, labor trust funds, and governmental programs.

After more than 25 years working in the corporate arena, she formed her own consulting company, where she is President/Managing Partner.

Nakia Edwards, NP
Nurse Practitioner

Nakia A. Edwards is a 29-year-old native of Mobile, AL. She received her bachelor of nursing degree in May 2013 from Tuskegee University. She went on to work as a registered nurse in a skilled nursing facility, psychiatric unit, medical-surgical floors, intensive care units, and geriatric-psychiatry units. Before going into travel nursing full-time, Nakia was the house/hospital supervisor at Community Hospital in Tallahassee, AL.  As a travel registered nurse, she worked in Texas, Georgia, and finally California. In December 2018, Nakia graduated from the University of South Alabama with a master’s in nursing as an adult-gerontological primary care nurse practitioner. She went to California for her final travel assignment and started her nurse practitioner career. Nakia will be graduating with her doctorate of nursing practice in May 2021.

Lillia Jackson has been a Licensed Vocational Nurse since 2012 and holds a Director of Staff Development Certification. Mrs. Jackson has more than 2 years experience providing Long Term Care; over 5 years experience as a Substitute l Acute Nurse; 3 years in Acute Care, and 3 years in a LTAC. Her most recent experience has been as a Vocational Nurse supervisor working in an infection control unit.
